Fast Food versus Home Made Food
Once I was transferred very far from home .So I have to live at the school. There the peon or chowkidar of the school was a nice person he cooked food for me during my one year stay .at first I tried different things like bread, cake and biscuits to fill my stomach but it was very difficult there fore I have to ask that peon to help me in cooking .he was local man and very nice. One day he asked me to try cook by my self .it was my first chance I cooked potatoes but I put too much green chilies in it and also a lot of water. After some weeks I became expert in cooking potatoes and chickens. There I think that we tried almost all the dishes.
Now the situation is this that if my friends plans a party the ask me to cook food for them .some of my friends also keen to learn cooking and are good at it. My friends think ready made foods or food cooked in hotels are not good for health. Some of them think that even foods cooked at home are also not good as compared to food cooked by friends.
If we compare them or see differences or contrasts they will be as follows.
1 Fast foods are easily cooked in lesser time whereas home made foods take longer time to be cooked.
2 Both have different type of dishes.
3 Fast foods are lighter than meals cooked at home.
4 Therefore fast foods have lesser calories as compared to meals cooked at home.
5 Fast foods are untraditional but home made meals are usually traditional.
6 Recipes of fast foods changes rapidly on the other hand recipes of home made foods are fixed.
7 Fast foods can be cooked by any one but meals at home need expert person.
8 As fast foods are cooked by inexpert person they are mostly not well cooked while home made meals are always well cooked.
9 Fast foods some times cause food poisoning while it is unlikely to meals cooked at home.
10 Although it causes food poisoning it is similarly liked as home made meals.
11 As far as price is concerned fast foods are more costly than meals cooked at home.
